- Mailing/Shipping: pay per usage.
- Cleaning: nightly trash removal and housekeeping services are included.
- Security: 24/7 onsite security guard.
- Parking: motorbikes and cars - pay per month.
- Other utilities:
Electricity: pay per usage.
Water: included.
Internet (ADSL/Fiber cable): not included.
Landline phone/fax: not included.
Cable TV: included, serviced by HTVC.
